Absolutely terrible experience with Bentley Storage. I’ve dealt with a worsening mouse infestation in my unit for weeks. I’ve spoken to their employees FOUR times about it, and nothing has been done—no inspection of neighboring units, no solutions offered, not even basic concern. To make matters worse, I’m 7 months pregnant and cannot safely go into the contaminated unit.
