I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had an extremely complicated case that on consults other Attorney’s told me I didn’t have a chance - he would get almost everything. Lynda Bentley is a piranha. She got me more then I asked for and I came out with the majority of assets. She’s definitely not the cheapest but well worth every penny you spend.
Lynda F Bentley ia a dishonest and unethical attorney. Her invoices were incorrect 8 months during a year. Her paralegal is incompetent and filed my Timeshare transfer forms incorrectly so rejected which my new attorney discovered this 18 months later. Lynda F Bentley charged $213,834.82 on my Visa cards for a mediated divorce in less than a year. Paralegal time was charged at $400.00 lawyer rate and nor paralegal rate per contract agreement.
