Poor Customer Service, Guarantee's are not kept, Very Unprofessional. My daughter and I scheduled and booked a trip for Her May 2012 wedding to a resort in Mexico on the River Maya. We booked this trip 6 months before her Wedding trip. Poor Customer Service, Very Unprofessional – My wife and I scheduled a trip through Bentley Hedges Travel to Cancun this summer with a number of our friends. About four days prior to travel, we had a death in our family.
