Hello, I am currently in my 8th week engaging with the multidisciplinary community mental health team at E block with Bentley health services. Very disappointed with this place. Was scheduled for cataract surgery here many months in advance. I arrived in the morning, was prepped for hours and hours while fasting. At 5:30PM, I was still laying in the ward bed with zero communication from nurses for over 2 hours. Then the surgeon and anaesthetist came in to say my surgery was cancelled because the theatre was only available to him until 5pm! One of Western Australia's best hospitals. You will leave better, happier and the staff will explain everything you need. They go out of their way to reassure you and give you excellent after care advice.
I would like to sincerely thank the wonderful medical team at Bentley Hospital ward 3. My wife stayed there for six days due to an ankle fracture, and throughout her stay, the doctors and nurses provided exceptional care. They were professional, kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Their compassion and dedication made a difficult time much easier for us. We are truly grateful for the outstanding service and support. Thank you for everything you do for your patients and the community.
Used the Radiology section of the hospital. Parking is difficult and there are many people seeking treatment.
