I had cataract surgery recently and everything was so well organised. Our Nurse Gwen was so kind and friendly and also professional as was every staff member I met. The sandwiches and coffee afterwards were delicious!
I had an awful time there they hekd me down about six of them and kept trying to put in a catheter it seeen like one hundred time same happened the next day and i just wanted to die. The next day they sent me down to rph emergency to have it put in by a very professional doctor, before this I was screaming and howl and begging them to just kill me. I definitely won't going to bentley hospital as i am still suffering traum and my bladder is still giving me a lot of trouble,
