My husband and I bought 2 sets of suitcases in 2019, we have been on 4 trips in 6 years and my suitcases completely fell apart at the zippers and they are saying this is not a coverable item which his seem to be perfectly fine! If my zippers were destroyed by the airlines i would have lost my items inside! There customer service at the Halifax store is a complete joke! Went into Coquitlam centre bently to buy a purse and a $90 backpack the girl in the store was talking very loudly on her cell phone giggling and laughing in a forigien langauge. I walked around for atleast 5 minutes without her acknowleding myself or the other lady that walked in and left aswell I got feed up and left..reached out to cs for 3 days getting no where...thats ok I was quite happy to spend my momey in Aldo where i got stellar customer service
I went to the store which is 1:30 hours of drive from home to purchase an item. The store told me that the inventory does not show the correct info and indeed they have none. What horrible service from head office. I’ve been trying to reach out due to a discrepancy on their website regarding price. False advertising in my opinion. When you call the phone number on their website, a recording comes on to advise the office will close at 11:30am est time. If you call before 11am, the same recording plays with no option to speak to someone. What happened to Bentley? Years ago it was a reputable company to shop from.
