Worst Place I have lived The rent price is good, however, that is only because I received a special of a "free month." Spread that over my lease term, and I have a lower rent amount. However, everything else about this place is in the hole. There is damage throughout the property that never gets fixed, and if it does, it takes months. (IE, outside lights, pool leak, gym treadmills, etc).
