Great customer service.
Took my truck in (with replacement leaf springs purchaced) and asked them to replace both rear leafs. I was specific and told him multiple times to not purchase any extra parts or go ahead with the repair until phoning me with a quote on total cost. I received a phone call a few days later with a $700 bill, the repair being completed, and extra parts purchased. I was not expecting a bill anything like that and was frustrated that I was not given a quote like asked. He knocked a little off the bill but I’m still disappointed ... read more
