My brother purchased a certified pre-owned Bentley from this dealership. I personally wired them $200,000 for the car. Their response to my confirmation email? Just “thx.” No invoice. No breakdown. No professionalism — just “thx” for two hundred grand. When the car arrived, it had a blown-out speaker and a cracked windshield. Certified pre-owned? Really? Juan Dominguez is the best! He was interested in my personal situation and got to the bottom of what I was looking for. Was very personable the entire process and never made me feel like I was getting pushed for a decision. Had a great experience and would recommend him to everyone in the market for a new car!
This is my 10th high end car. I have never been treated so poorly by a high end car dealership. I have no idea how they are officially tied in with Bentley. Completely unknowable, no etiquette, no assistance and damaged inventory that they claim is Bentley Certified, there’s no way Bentley certifies a car with a check engine light on. Avoid these guys at all cost. Just horrible, very unfortunate.
