Just an annual service. They picked up the car at my home and delivered it back when the service was completed. I was not totally happy with the cosmetic condition of the car when it was returned. I contacted Mike the service manager and I was delighted in how they responded - nothing was seriously amiss and everyone can have an off day. But responding promptly and appropriately to a client with concerns shows a commitment to customer service which is truly notable.
