We were asked if we wanted the 45,000 mile service performed on our vehicle as it was time for that. We agreed to this service. It was listed as being performed on the receipt and charged $188.75 for this service. However the next day after picking up the vehicle, the light sensor for the CHANGE ENGINE AIR FILTER came on. Per the Owner’s Manual/Maintenance Schedule, the air filter was to be changed during the 45,000 inspection/service. Why was this filter not changed?
