Not happy at all with the service I receive! after the job was done it looked ok as the carpet was very very wet hours after when it started to dry I come home to this I called said I was not happy at all and said that I will send photos to him so he can see if he would be happy paying out money to receive a job like this and for him to call me back and resolve this problem I’m still waiting almost two months on !!! The team at Bentley Carpet Care are extremely professional and efficient. Greg and the team went above and beyond - amazing work.
Greg was absolutely amazing! He came into the store and not only just did the carpets and leave but he actually helped us with cleaning up the damage that a storm did. 100% recommend this company
