Issue was not resolved. Car was picked up Thursday and I received no communications until I initiated a call the following Tuesday. Trying to get rescheduled. Not a Bentley level of service.
Joe Swisher from the service department was outstanding! He took great care of my Bentley and made the whole process smooth and professional. Highly recommend!
