Tried twice to arrange a quote for a full bathroom refit. Had a phone call from Mike on the 2nd attempt who arranged a date and time to visit. He didnt turn up and did not respond to messages querying his no show. Waste of time
Following a recommendation, I've just had two bathrooms completely transformed by Mike and Gavin. The quality of materials and workmanship is excellent. Mike is obviously highly experienced and multi skilled, not to mention, a perfectionist. He was able to offer design suggestions and no request was too much. Mike and Gavin were friendly, polite, respected my home, kept disruption to a minimum and left my home clean and tidy. I'm happy to recommend Bentley bathrooms.
Mike and his assistant Gav, removed our old bathroom without making any mess, and then installed a brand new modern bathroom from top to bottom. Great job. Really positive experience from start to completion.
It has been a pleasure to work with Mike and his assistant Gavin from start to finish. The work included removing our old shower and replacing it with a brand new one, updating the bathroom fittings (taps), plus wall and floor tiling, and fitting bathroom panels. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mike from Bentley Bathrooms, he has just completed a refurbishment and renovation of our bathroom to the highest of standards. Attention to detail was excellent and kept us informed of the progress and any changes on a daily basis. I would definitely use Mike again and have already recommended him to friends and family for future use. We are extremely pleased with the finished bathroom and definitely rate 5 stars.
