Customer service very much lacking that quintessential Bentley experience. I call about my Bentley Mulsanne today, wanted to talk to a tech as I am in Wellington and I needed urgent help. I was told I cant talk to them as they are all busy, and the receptionist would relay the question. This was not helpful at all. My Bentley is stuck outside, wont start and all she could say is that it was imported by another dealer, so you should go to them in Christchurch. Jess was great to deal with, excellent communication and work was done in a timely manner
My car has been serviced by Bentley Auckland and returned with over $10,000 of damage of which Bentley are taking no responsibility for. I do not recommend this company, and still am out of pocket from their negligence.
