Customer service very much lacking that quintessential Bentley experience. I call about my Bentley Mulsanne today, wanted to talk to a tech as I am in Wellington and I needed urgent help. I was told I cant talk to them as they are all busy, and the receptionist would relay the question. This was not helpful at all. My Bentley is stuck outside, wont start and all she could say is that it was imported by another dealer, so you should go to them in Christchurch.
