Shopped at Bentley in the Village Shopping Centre recently for a Christmas gift during Midnight Madness. There was a great selection & I experienced the best service ever. All thee customer service reps were helpful, friendly & good-humoured. I purchased a beautiful brand name suitcase at a very nice price :) It came with a 10-year warranty & assurances that if there is ever a problem, all I have to do is return the suitcase to the store & they will take it from there.
