Very helpful and nice staffs
Please teach and train your customer service representatives on how to respond to customer queries politely and with respect. The only lady who was in store on 22 April around 4.45 PM was acting like ‘you came to my charity shop so don’t ask questions, just get what’s on the table and go’. Tight jeans and some lipstick won’t impress customers, put some decent people with empathy and positive attitude. Absolutely pathetic experience.
The representative name Solmas was very rude. We asked for the price of a card purse. She said it it should be on it, we added this one does not have tag. She said it is $25 and took the purse from our hand and she ringed it up and it was 19.99 we said Oh it is 20 bucks and she used a scissor to cut the price tag and pretended that we did not see that and said it is 25 and said she replied Ok do you want it or no?
