I had an incredibly frustrating experience at the Bentley store that I feel compelled to share. This place doesn't deserve even a single star based on what I went through. The trouble started when my daughter's Bentley Tracker Mercier 2.0 roller backpack (their own brand) suffered a major issue just two days after we bought it. I visited this store few days ago, Saturday April 22 morning time. I was standing outside the store looking at the luggages and looked up to try to get the associate's attention but she was very busy looking at her phone. I waited for 3-4 minutes and still received no service. I am unimpressed with the employee's inaction. I went to Winners and got 3 luggages!

Please show that if the store is closed in your Google map. It’s mentioned that you are open until 9pm and we came to your location at 7:50pm on March 31. Why to waste people”s gas if you can just update it in your Google map. Thank you.
