My wife and I were in the store yesterday and she bought a purse. She had trouble deciding between two kinds, and as often happens after one makes a purchase, she rethought later and wished she'd bought the other one. It was 7:40 PM, and I called the store and Tianna said she'd wait for me to make the 20 minute drive back. I got there just in time, the mall security were locking up, but I was able to get in, and as promised, Tianna cheerfully ran the return through. Thanks so much for the extra service!
Good products but expensive.
The amount of times I've been here, I've always got amazing customer service. I live close to Londonderry mall and would rather drive to this location because of the staff. They take their time with you, understand your needs and don't push on products you're not interested in. The manager was very helpful when I went for a new purse and luggage.
