So I came to mention the racist lady at this store but apparently she is well known to those who have visited this store. She followed us around, while staring us down the entire time. As my husband was looking at the wallets, she practically took them out of his hands to put them back onto the shelf. Just now, March 4, 2023 @ around 3:25pm one of your staff did a rude action to my daughter, my daughter is 7 yrs old and she’s holding a bag worth $20 to show to my wife and this rude lady pulled it from my daughter saying “Dont touch the bag, you are not buying it” so rude! My daughter was afraid. Seriously for $20? My daughter dont deserved such rude beahviour.

I visited the store on my birthday (Jan 20) for a carry on. The ladies at the store were very friendly knowledgeable. I travel a lot for my job and they’ll recommended the perfect carry on. I’ve only had customer service like this very few times in my life. My girlfriend and I purchased the carry on and they recommended we leave it at the store until we were done shopping. They had a great sense of humour and went above and beyond with the overall service 🙂
