Great staff who are friendly and go the extra mile to help their customers. We visited today to look at a mobility scooter without really knowing what we wanted, but their expertise and knowledge put our minds at ease and enabled us to buy the perfect scooter for our needs, I can't recommend them highly enough. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for any mobility scooters, either new or a guaranteed secondhand model.

We purchased an electric reclining bed for my mother in law. We had looked at other stores but this shop was cheaper and yet the quality was better. Staff were patient and helpful whilst she tried out all the beds. We called a few times before delivery and they were always polite and answered our numerous questions. We are all extremely happy with the product and service.

Poor quality service. Would not use again! Several weeks ago I rented a mobility scooter from Bentley for my deaf-blind, disabled friend while she visited me from out of town (my friend can still partially see enough to use a scooter). I arranged delivery and collection dates. Bentley did not arrive so I had to call them. They apologised and stated they had to pick a scooter and then deliver it to us. Booked an appointment for someone to come out to advise on ramps at my parents home. Waited an hour and no-one turned up. Rang the office, as it was after 6pm expected an answer phone, but got a person. They apologised and would look into what had happened and that someone would ring in the morning. No call the next day. Rang at lunchtime, could only leave a message asking to be called. Rang again at about 4pm still could only leave a message. No call back at all.
