UPDATE: It has now been 8 months with 2 follow ups from me with NO RESPONSE from anyone!!! Each time, I’m told the manager will contact me, yet here we are. They referred me to a private clinic rather than a bulk billing, me against my wishes (as I knew a bulk billing one I was guaranteed a refund but I had to pay out of pocket first). This has meant I am now down $300 because they thought they knew better and knew the situation better than the conversations I had with Medicare. The most important to me a doctor who listens and understands your situation and doesn’t keep you waiting, as for the surgery clean and the receptionists are friendly. I am very impressed and happy with the service
