Edit:: After I saw a different doctor for my reschedule, I was told Bentley had to reschedule due to an emergency, which I do understand. I do wish the person who'd called to reschedule had let me know this, but I also understand privacy issues . I am changing her rating back to 5 stars, cause honestly, she's the first health care provider Ive seen that truly listens to to your concerns and tries to find an answer.
