My mum waited in the horrible queue of 30 people for an appointment only to get a snotty receptionist tell her no then got blue lighted to hospital In an ambulance later that day. No duty of care what so ever ......it wants closing down!!!!!
This place has been up & down over the years since I joined, it’s changed hands 3 times I think in the 15 yrs I have been there, some drs are good some are not
Staff are very friendly and efficient to deal with any enquiry or problem 🤓
Absolutely useless I have bad c o p d and went to see if my inhaler had been sent and the guy on reception should not be in a job of I end up in hospital he is to blame
