I had scheduled Ben-Tech Services to get a third opinion on my AC unit. Two of the local companies recommended I get a new unit, and I was quoted between $7,500 to $8,300 for a new one. The technician from Ben-Tech, Biniyam Yemenu, found the issues after several tests. The AC is now working properly, and I did not have to get a new unit as suggested by the other two companies.
