Fantastic local garage and excellent customer service. Having had cars for 25 years this is hands down the friendliest most professional garage I have ever used. Honest, hardworking employees who always take the time to explain what they do. I would absolutely percent recommend them.
I must say I am very happy with the service at the Bent Wrench garage. I needed new snow tires, winter rims and an alignment. Jamie recommended a set of snow tires that matched my winter driving habits, no one has ever done that before. The work only took a couple hours. I had the car up to 130 kph on the 416 and it drove dead straight and there were no vibrations. I definitely recommend theses guys.
I had the strangest experience at this garage. I booked well in advance, took a day off work, left my car there for the day, and nothing was done. No phone call or updates. I asked for the timing belt and water pump to be changed when I made the apt and when I dropped off my car. Owner said he would send me his suggestions for repairs, but I got nothing. Such bizarre behaviour. Don't waste your day.
This team could write the book on outstanding customer service in the auto industry! Bravo, Bent Wrench!
