Bent Wrench does it right! More than that, they Strive for excellence! I have a 1995 Volkswagen Golf III and they took care of her just like she was brand new. I needed a dedicated DC line for a travel EL Foust Air Filter. It needed to have a switch so I could turn it off and on while I was driving. First off I want to say I hate leaving bad reviews, I feel like everyone deserves a little grace, but I’m very disappointed in this place. I took my suv to be worked on a few months back, I guess because I’m just an ignorant little female what I had to say didn’t matter. I’ve had a consistent problem with my car. Cylinder 2 keeps misfiring and causing a bad coil pack. I already knew it had that problem, I had previously taken it to another mechanic. The alternator in my van blew out and I had taken it to the dealer who told me it would be a few days before they can look at it and I was traveling through to South Carolina. After Towing to the dealer, I had it towed to the bent wrench and those guys rescued me. We had been through the tornadoes in the area and our farm was destroyed and my van was full of things that needed immediate attention.
