Wow! @ bentree, on the contrary I know more then you think and see with my own eyes what's happening in the community, I assure you. I wouldn't have posted if I didn't have first hand knowledge. However I was just responding to the reviews and if more then a hand full of people have complaints there has to be a problem.
Terrible place to rent. They want the rent but could care less about maintenance. Bathroom had a leaking pipe and water damage to the kitchen ceiling below. They fixed pipe but refused to fix ceiling. Terrible management, these slum lords are a joke. They never wanted to fix anything. Reviews the pictures, you never fixed anything. I would love to see pictures of damages from us. We have before and after photos and emails after emails trying to get you to fix things. From the day I’ve moved in there has been a range of issues. Upon moving in and doing my initial walk through I discovered multiple cosmetic issues such as water damaged ceilings in my master bathroom and kitchen, base boards with nails sticking out constantly falling off, toilets constantly run and the half bath toilet constantly stops up, blinds in the dining room were and are still broken, electrical issues, I started suffering from allergies which prompted me to ask when the last time the air filters were changed, I was ... read more
