Might as well move in the projects in the hood. Based on the reviews. Wow! @ bentree, on the contrary I know more then you think and see with my own eyes what's happening in the community, I assure you. I wouldn't have posted if I didn't have first hand knowledge. However I was just responding to the reviews and if more then a hand full of people have complaints there has to be a problem.
Terrible place to rent. They want the rent but could care less about maintenance. Bathroom had a leaking pipe and water damage to the kitchen ceiling below. They fixed pipe but refused to fix ceiling. Terrible management, these slum lords are a joke. They never wanted to fix anything. Reviews the pictures, you never fixed anything. I would love to see pictures of damages from us. We have before and after photos and emails after emails trying to get you to fix things.
