Dr. Ferguson retired after 9 years. While setting an appointment with Dr. Bridwell for two ailments requiring an x-ray, I was told he would only discuss one ailment at a time and I needed to decide which ailment was more troublesome, and set a 2nd appointment. When I said i didn't want to find a new clinic, but that was a crazy policy, I was told finding a new clinic was probably my better option. It's crazy! And simply a way to double his insurance payment. Find another Clinic
I visited the Dallas office (once). I was a new patient and will never return. This was the most frustrating experience I've had with a medical provider and their billing practices. Billing practices are fraudulent, unethical, and misleading. Front desk team is rude and completely incompetent. I received something like five confirmation calls for my appointment, the team member never introduced what doctor they're with when calling, and couldn't answer our billing questions at check-out which would have saved about three mon... read more
