This property used to be exceptional. Now it is going downhill fast. Maintenence is horrible. I've been waiting on a dishwasher replacement for over a week in addition to 5 other requests. Unacceptable.
The office staff and maintenance take care of request in a timely manner, They do community activities during the holidays, everything is well kept, great place to call home.
I had an amazing apartment tour process with the fantastic Miss Itzy Valdez! You wouldn’t believe how helpful she was, she answered all my questions, made amazing suggestions, and she even spoke Spanish so my partner (who primarily speaks Spanish) was able to participate as well. If you want a complex that has a very supportive staff, Bent Tree is the way to gooo!
I appreciate my complex staff and the wonderful customer service they show constantly.🙏🏾🥰 Ms Jessica and Ms Sarah are in constant communication with me and always willing to help. Peace and many blessings to my Bent Tree family Ty so much!
