,edit review: new management staff I genuinely love living in this community. It is quiet, well maintained, and the maintenance team does a great job responding to requests. I truly feel that this is a place worth living in and worth the money. That being said, one of the new management employees has an absolutely terrible attitude. DO NOT MOVE HERE. This bad review is long overdue. I want to give 0 stars but it isn’t an option. Where do I begin? The first day I moved in almost a year ago, I woke up to my ceiling fan FALLING OUT OF THE CEILING, which could’ve easily landed on me or my dog. It broke glass everywhere and even after I cleaned it I cut my foot and my dog got a cut in his paw. I repeatedly called the office and placed a work order. It sat on my floor for a month before they finally picked it up and had to “order a new one”. They just left t... read more
This place is honestly terrible ever since the new management took over. They don’t respond to emails or phone calls, and trying to get maintenance done is like trying to pull teeth. Our ice maker has been broken for a month and a half and we put in a service request over a month ago, we called 2 weeks after putting in the request and were told they were short on maintenance personnel and that someone would be out by the end of the week, which was a blatant lie.
