Do NOT rent from here. For 4 months my ac didn’t work, I put in multiple work orders and it finally got fixed after dealing with 80+ degrees in my apartment for over a month. Secondly, when I moved in I told them about issues with water pooling outside of my apartment because there was no gutter.
