I have enjoyed living at this community until they switched management. Vanessa has been extremely rude and dismissive. This behavior is extremely unprofessional and definitely is not making for a smooth transition. Hopefully there is not backlash for my honest opinion and experience. I pay to live in peace and not spoken to as if I have a tail between my legs. ☆☆☆☆ (1/5) “Unfortunately, my living experience was disappointing. I experienced ongoing issues with roaches, small flying insects, and holes in the walls during my time here. Despite bringing these concerns to management’s attention, the problems were not resolved to my satisfaction. A clean, safe, and well-maintained living environment is important, and I did not feel that the property met those expectations. I have been living at this community for a year now. During the process of renewing my lease I spoke with Alyssa and she made the process easy to understand and answered any questions that I may have had. It was such a pleasure thank you so much !!!!
I want to take a moment to shoutout Ariana and Tyler at the main office- any time I’ve had any sort of issue, they have really done their best to go above and beyond to help me get to a resolution. I am positive that handling all they do is stressful and yet they always take the time to be kind and respectful so to them specifically, I give 10 stars each.
