After five years as a loyal client, I am deeply disappointed by my experience at Bent Street Veterinary. When my dog required urgent emergency care, I was turned away with no assistance or concern, despite the severity of the situation. With me traumatised and my dog profusely bleeding.It was disheartening to be told there was simply "no room."
