When we arrived, the head hostess was late to greet us, though we were eventually seated outside. We were informed that the kitchen was backed up, so we expected some delays. Very tasty food at affordable price. The chicken club sandwich was particularly good and service was very fast. Lots of outdoor seating as well.
I’ve been coming here for years and absolutely love the food and the vibe. That’s actually why this was so frustrating on Labor Day. The restaurant was probably only about one-third full inside, but there was a line of people literally out into the street waiting to be seated. I genuinely felt bad for the hostess because she was telling everyone “20 minutes,” but the people in front of me had already been waiting 45+.
