I had Bent Rim Repair refinish a set of lightweight racing wheels for my Porsche 997 and they did an excellent job. Each wheel had 24 wheel bolts and I was unable to remove all of them because they were in so tight and some of the heads were stripping as I tried to loosen them but Arnie at Bent Rim Repair offered to do the work himself and remove the bolts from each wheel so that he could then powdercoat the wheels black. WHEN BRYAN BROUGHT THIS WHEEL HE TOLD ME IT WAS ONLY CRACKED, AND I TOLD HIM THAT IS GOING TO BE $60 AND IT WILL BE AROUND 30 MINUTES, WHEN WE TOOK THE WHEEL OFF THE CAR, WE REALIZED THAT WAS ALSO BENT, AND IT TOOK ME ONLY 50 MINUTES TO UNMOUNTED THE TIRE, WELDED THE WHEEL, STRAIGHT-ED THE WHEEL AND CLEAN THE WHEEL, MOUNT THE TIRE, REASSURE THAT IT WAS NOT LEAKING AIR AND WE ALSO DID THE HIGH SPEED BALANCED AND PUT BACK IT IN THE CAR, AND THE TOTAL COST OF THIS WORK AT THE BEGINNING WAS $100 , AND I ASKING FIRST $100, AND HE... read more
