Tim the owner is top notch. I went to have some tire tubes replaced. He mentioned that the tires were on their last lap around track. "They will need to be replaced eventually" I said do it now and he stated "You can get them cheaper on Amazon" He then helped me find them on Amazon........seriously. Great place. I will go back for my next bike even if we can find it cheaper on Amazon.
Used google maps to call area bike shops, and it turns out many were permanently closed, or did not provide service in the SW Pasco area. With that said, calling around led to finding a GEM! Bent Revolution is absolutely my first call in the future! Tim encouraged me to visit that day, and was even willing to stay open, until I could make it. Wow, did the planets align! Great experience buying a HP Velotechnik Scorpion. Tim is exactly what every bike shop owner should be. Courteous, knowledgeable and offers insight to ensure the cyclist is getting biggest bang for their bucks. Smart time and money spent. Five stars!
Tim was awesome. Honest and took great care of us/ our trike. We drove a few hours to go to his shop because we needed someone with expertise (we were less than impressed with our locals shops unfortunately). It really seemed like this was more than just a business to him. So happy to be back out on the roads! We will definitely return in to his shop for any of our future needs… worth the drive. Bent Revolution absolutely deserves a solid 5 stars. Tim (owner) and Manny built my ICE trike, and after two years off a bike, I am finally back on the road. Their persistence, problem-solving, and attention to detail were evident in the way they carefully customized the trike to my adaptive needs.
