Tim was awesome. Honest and took great care of us/ our trike. We drove a few hours to go to his shop because we needed someone with expertise (we were less than impressed with our locals shops unfortunately). It really seemed like this was more than just a business to him. So happy to be back out on the roads! We will definitely return in to his shop for any of our future needs… worth the drive. Bent Revolution absolutely deserves a solid 5 stars. Tim (owner) and Manny built my ICE trike, and after two years off a bike, I am finally back on the road. Their persistence, problem-solving, and attention to detail were evident in the way they carefully customized the trike to my adaptive needs. Tim is great!!! So nice being able to take our electric Catrikes to him. He is nor a Catrike dealer but he knows his stuff. I so prefer to take our bikes to him rather than the trike dealership. Great place! Thanks Tim, we will be back!
I brought my recumbent trike to Bent Revolutions for a 3000 mile plus tuneup/rebuild. Tim graciously accommodated my Thursday request by personally making my bike safe and me confident in it again. Tim is an expert cyclist who understands the nuisances of what a recumbent cyclist needs and how to match this with the perfect trike.
