I am an avid rider who is recumbent curious. Based on online reviews Bent Revolution is the place to go and it was well worth the one hour drive to get there. The owner, Tim, was friendly, knowledge, and more concerned with me getting a bike and experience that would make me happy in the long run, than selling me something. He gave me the opportunity to try a few 2 wheel recumbents. He couldn't have been nicer. I live in South Florida, and I had found Bent Revolution a few years before I actually went. I called the store at that time and spoke with Tim, the owner, who was very warm and accommodating on the phone. I finally went to the store in 2026, and Tim wanted to understand my needs and desires while working within my budget. He is a businessperson and recommended a few upgrades to the trike I ended up purchasing, but without the pressure you often find in other stores. Tim the owner is top notch. I went to have some tire tubes replaced. He mentioned that the tires were on their last lap around track. "They will need to be replaced eventually" I said do it now and he stated "You can get them cheaper on Amazon" He then helped me find them on Amazon........seriously. Great place. I will go back for my next bike even if we can find it cheaper on Amazon.
Used google maps to call area bike shops, and it turns out many were permanently closed, or did not provide service in the SW Pasco area. With that said, calling around led to finding a GEM! Bent Revolution is absolutely my first call in the future! Tim encouraged me to visit that day, and was even willing to stay open, until I could make it. Wow, did the planets align!
