Bike Shops are like Barber Shops (stay with me). You find one you like and you stick with it. For several years I have cycled (pun intended) through many bike shops looking for the mechanics and sales people who have a genuine interest in me and not their corporate bosses. I own and ride three different types of recumbent bikes. (A Catrike, a Bacchetta and a CruzBike) Tim is quite knowledgeable across a wide span of recumbent bikes. He's also a skilled recumbent bike mechanic. He spent an hour with my Bacchetta today, and it's riding so much better, and fits me so much more comfortably. Thank you Tim! IT was well worth the 2.5 hour drive (each direction) to have the benefit of his knowledge and expertise. Happily and strongly recommended!
