Do not go here for service. I dropped off my 2021 craftsman ride on mower. Over 2 weeks later… no updates received after reaching out 3 separate times. When I told them to stop working and that I wanted to pick up my mower, I was then informed about their labor rates being $115 per hour. No info on this up front, no estimates, no contracts, no communication. Horrible business practice and clear incompetence.
Can't order the correct parts to save his life. Go accross the street to someone that's capable of ordering the correct parts .
Bent and broken has had our zero turn lawnmower fir over 2months. My fiance told her we have a $350 limit to spend, due to the medical situations. She called the other day and said it will cost $750 to get it out. We went into the shop yesterday and was treated with total disrespect.
