Seems like they've removed my review so I'll write another one. This happened a few years ago; I was looking for a part and phoned ahead, since it's an 1½ hr drive for me. Told the guy on the phone what I was looking for...he wasn't sure that the parts would be there, but I said that I could possibly make-do with something similar. He said I could come and look around, so I made the drive. Jim and Riley were really considerate and easy to deal with. I was able to make an appointment to get new tires and oil/filter change. They knew I was going on a long trip so checked brakes, bearings, etc. The tires I used in the past are no longer available, so Jim recommended a good replacement. I am just into my 30 day trip across the country and am very happy with the work they did, the tires they recommended, and the peace of mind I have. Well done guys! and thanks
