Horrible policies..my son purchased some non perishable products that I didn’t need..he went to return them to find out there is a no return policy..like what? Way to be thieves..ridiculous policy which is basically stealing from people..if someone purchasers something and returns it unopened and not damaged, they should be refunded..especially a kid..I won’t ever go to these crooks again and no one else should..I’ll make sure I tell everyone I know in this county what shysters these people are..👎🏽

RecommendedI love going to Benson's for pet supplies. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. There is a woman there I refer to as snake or lizard lady (I'm bad at remembering names and she is aware I call her this) and she is soooooo smart about all pets. What I enjoy most about interacting with her is that she clearly knows what she's talking about and she makes me feel like what I'm saying is valid as well. my old man kitty is super hard to shop for. his stomach is really sensitive in his old age. the girls at Benson's took the time to look at several foods that would be easy on his stomach.They carry quite the selection of limited ingredient foods. everyone there is super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. I won't buy pet food anywhere else.
