Used Appliance I called because I had a used dryer to sell that wasn't working. I thought maybe they'd want to fix it and sell it since it was fairly new. They sent a tech to look at it, found it was a minor problem, and said they'd give me $100 for the dryer. Great! Well...a previous person I had look at it had taken a part with him, so the Benson's guy said if I get the part back, they would just come back and take the dryer and give me the $100. WORST PLACE EVER This is the most absolutely unprofessional place I have ever had the misfortune of working with. Their tech messed up my dryer then refused to come fix his mistake and left my appliance in pieces and told me to figure it out myself. They also hung up on me several times and told me to stop communicating with them. NEVER BUY FROM THERE!!
Washer Repair Best Service guys in the area. I have used then many times. $20 service call, plus parts and hourly rate. Sears charges $100 just to show up! Never overpaid for any service. 5 Star business.
would not buy from this horrible business!!!!!!! benson's are out to make a buck,nothing else!!! my daughter has been without a dryer for over 2 weeks.they came out once for less than 1/2 hr. charged $130.00 dryer not fixed,came out again and found problem that they should have been checked the first time,but didn;t do anything about it-an now want to charge $130.00 to come out again and that's not counting the part to repair,etc.It's a damn shame as she has 2 children-one less than 6 weeks old!!! dryer is not even 3 years o... read more
Great Service! I have never personally bought anything from them, but I can vouch for their service. Whenever my ten year old washer or dryer needs fixed, I call Benson's. They can usually come out that day or the next day. The repairmen are extremely knowledgeable and are usually able to fix it that very day. The only downfall is their prices per hour, but I don't think they are unusual!
