Excellent service. They're friendly and help you when you don't know where to look for the item you need. They prepare breakfasts and sometimes have sales. As for the vending machines, it's not their fault that the Chinese put in bottles still filled with liquids and they get damaged. Or that when the machine is empty, there's already a huge line, and it's refilled in 10 minutes.
I came on here to express my frustration with this supermarket and to no surprise other people on here were experiencing the same issue as I am. The lady at the front of the store is ridiculous. I don't know if it's management directing this but it's not reasonable to request all bags to be checked up front. I walked in with empty reusable shopping bags something NYC LAW requires and she asked for them up front and said I will give them back at the register. I immediately walked out because of this.
