Unfortunately I had to revise this post. Tom Benson will not do his job but he will take your money. I asked legal questions that we're not answered and in the end he dropped me as a client. I would not hire this incompetent person.
Terrible lawyer thought he was really going to help with the case and he just took the money and dropped the case. He's a scam.
