I have been to several gyms over the last 10 years, this one I have seen the most progress, the fastest. It got expensive in surprising ways. Now I need new shirts, coats and anything else that used to fit my arms and shoulders. Best problem I could have. Also friendly staff and attention to detail. I get bored easily with repetitive routine and I'm never bored there. There is now an app that is very useful as well that includes healthy recipes and exercises that can be done at home.on off days. Im 68 years old and responded to a Facebook post about Benson’s Specialized Fitness body transformation plan. I really had no intention of going to a gym. Taylor called and asked if I could meet with him to talk about the plan. I thought what could it hurt. I knew I needed to make some changes if I was going to continue to enjoy life. I have been to many gyms in the US and overseas....by far Benson Specialized Fitness is my best experience....individual attention, not only for the exercises but also the whole mind, body and spirit....very non judgmental, encouraging environment. If you are looking for a new gym check them out....
