Benson Service Company was contracted through my home warranty company to fix an outlet. I was contacted by a gentleman very quickly to set up the appointment, however he did not show up at the agreed upon time. He also did not return any of my voicemails regarding the appointment. I have not heard from him since. Update: I felt the need to update as the owner’s response was not truthful. I had to adjust my work schedule for them to not show up.

Today was the second time I had to get my unit fixed. Once in the winter and once today for my AC. Cole and Kevin have taken care of me both times and came out same day, and had me fixed on the same day. I couldn’t ask for anything better or faster. And on top of quality, they are really honest and trustworthy. I highly recommend them for your AC and heating needs! Thank you for saving me again!

Amazing work and great priced. Me and the wife were out of town and he was able to fix our AC while we were gone. One thing that blew in my wife’s mind was called back to make sure it was still running. As busy they are they were quick to our place.
