I booked a appointment to get a (microscopic piece of wood) out of my arm. I stated it multiple times when booking the appointment. Prior to making the appointment I made a appointment at Benson Mt barker. Benson Radiology Mt barker done a ultra sound on my arm, the results showed a (microscopic piece of wood in my arm). The results got sent to my Doctor. My Doctor said it was urgent to get the microscopic piece of wood out of my arm. He was worried I'd get sepsis. Bensons Ashford have always been professional, courteous and caring. I was overjoyed to learn I could get an appt today at 3.00pm instead of waiting 3 weeks at another Bensons or nearly 6 weeks at another radiology place. Accolades all round from a happy customer.
Had a PRP injection in my shoulder at this clinic. Terrible experience. They give you a local but don't wait for it to kick in, just go straight in with the big needle. Worst pain I've ever experienced in my life and they don't give you any pain killers. The advice from the referring doctor was to have panadol to take, but panadol didn't even touch it and you're not allowed to take ibuprofen. Hi Benson Radiology should get a full refund from the genius who designed the booking on line program what a disaster I did not go to NASA but if I did maybe I would stand a chance to complete a booking on line sorry Bensons a good company but fails in this area
