Every single scan I have had done in this clinic has shown everything as completely “unremarkable” in every way and this has always presented huge obstacles in my healthcare that I had to overcome. I drew the line when the latest findings quite literally constituted a neurosurgical emergency. (Latest were “reviewed” and signed off by “Dr” Benjamin White). I’d strongly advise others to go elsewhere.

Arrived at 12:15 for my appointment at 12:20. Waited until 12:35 before asking reception staff if there was a delay. I was then told my appointment was actually at 12:30 and the “arrival time” was 12:20 - one of the staff went to check if there was any issue as she was surprised I was still waiting, while another told me that it’s healthcare so “there’s got to be some give and take” - in reference to the appointment time being 10 minutes after what I was told while booking and what I was told in the confirmation text. I came in for my 20 week morphology scan and was left feeling disrespected and sad. The experience with the sonographer was awful. To start with her made a joke about my baby baby difficult and a little shit. To start with my partner and I laughed it off because we knew baby was stubborn. But he went on to say it a further 20 times. What really affected us was when he asks if we have kids and home? I had a submandibular core biopsy done today, Monday, 9/2/2026. The radiologist, Dr Cowley I think, who performed the procedure was excellent at this task. But more importantly, her constant informative, encouraging and warm remarks were just what I needed to get through this not-so-pleasant procedure. The nurse, Mel, who helped is a very sensitive and caring person. When the needle was about to pierce me I felt a hand on my knee. It stayed there until the needle came out. Thank you to the coronary angiography team at Benson Radiology at Ashford today. Although very busy, I was taken in on time and put at ease while the procedure was explained. Everyone who was involved was both professional and kind. It meant a lot to have been kept informed and treated so well.
