Very disappointing experience. I attended Benson Radiology after being advised by my doctor that the scan would be bulk billed. At reception, I provided my Medicare details but was not informed of the specific fee or out-of-pocket cost before the scan. After the examination, I stopped at reception, said goodbye and left without anyone asking me for payment or advising that an amount was outstanding. I later received the invoice. Four girls at reception one working serving more than the others were, how you know, had to wait when no one else line. The Radiologist and assistance were professional.
