Really kind and friendly staff. They didn't have my part on hand but they rushed it from their warehouse . I appreciated that since I'm from out of town. Honestly...you cant ask for any better service
I visited Benson’s last Friday looking for parts to fix my late father’s truck that I’m trying to get back on the road. I had originally purchased parts in Ottawa, but when I arrived at our friends’ place in Casselman, I realized I had been given two control arms of very different sizes, no shocks, and no seals for the drums. We decided to stop by Benson’s, and from the moment we walked in, the experience was incredible.
