Dr. Ross was very easy to talk to and put me at ease about getting my first braces as an adult! He was very thorough, talked me through the whole process and answered all my questions. It never felt like he was in a rush or was trying to "sell" me something. I'm planning to bring my son to him as well. I highly recommend Dr. Ross!
