We started with Benson Orthodontics after my daughter had been wearing braces for 18 months. Dr. Benson outlined everything he needed to do to put her back on track and costs involved. The plan and cost never waivered and my daughter had the braces off within 10 months. The treatment by Dr. Benson and his staff was always top-notch. They accommodated every little emergency with a smile. They were always timely with appointments at both the Lebanon and Mt Juliet offices. Thank you Benson Orthodontics!
Dr.Benson and all his staff go above and beyond. We were more than pleased each and every visit. We were always in and out usually before our actual appointment time or a few minutes later. We never waited over 10 minutes EVER in the front office which is huge for parents who work.I like how he takes the time to explain what’s going on and answers any questions.
