Benson Nissan of Easley has the BEST service department. It’s easy and convenient to go online and make your own appointment for service. They have a very nice, clean waiting area with complimentary coffee, water, WiFi, and TV. There are vending machines for snacks and drinks. Dale and the service department staff are all very knowledgeable, kind, and courteous. Rafael the Service Advisor is always honest and to the point. He will tell you when a problem today , ie:oil leak , could be a disaster tommorow.
