Absolutely appalling experience with Karen. I’m a student and new to tax filing - and she questions why I do not know to send her a specific document instead of simply informing me. Once I calmly tell her I thank her for her patience but she’s not being constructive, she tells me “[she] yells at her clients”. Wishing her all the best in her professionalism!
