I rode the subway for 1.5 hours for my sprained ankle. Dr. Cai helped me with my the ankle pain. He is the best acupuncturist in NYC for sure!
The staff is very friendly, polite and encouraging. The therapeutic options are catered to meet the patient specific need. Each therapists thus far, are very knowledgeable about the therapeutic methods and I am very pleased with theire service.
I have been to this PT office for many years, I knew Dr Bin Cai when he was an orthopedic surgeon in China. He is a professor in NY now, teaching Acupuncture . I like the people there, everyone is nice and the therapists are professional too.
