They are very responsive with great products!
People in the warehouse( receiving and packaging etc.) are overworked and underpaid. Making 15 to 16 dollars an hour is slave wages. A company that doesn't value the wellbeing of their employees is one that doesn't understand that your employees are the heartbeat of your company. When your heart stops beating you die. Pay your people what they are worth to the survival of your business
