Needed to verify my heating unit was functioning properly for my tenants. He was able to come out the very next day and do a system inspection and verify everything was functioning correctly. Didn't try to up sale me on anything. "Tiny" was very friendly and very accommodating. Will use them for future work.
I needed someone to come out ASAP because my venue (Bee Real Event Space) had a booking for the next day December 28th. He diagnosed the issue and was able to fix it on the spot! Would 100% recommend!
Called Benson HVAC for a quote to replace a 2-ton split system HVAC unit in a 1000 sq. ft. ranch house. Charles Benson said he charges $450 for a "sight survey" which would include the estimate! This is the only company that I have come across that does not provide a free estimate. Can't imagine him being too busy.
I was having a hard time finding a tech to come out during this heat wave for AC repair, and Mr. Benson came out for same day service on his BIRTHDAY!! His customer service & knowledge is top notch!
